Apartment rentals

Aspasios is a hospitality company offering high-end serviced apartments in Barcelona and other European cities. Their digital presence plays a key role in attracting international travelers, communicating trust and professionalism, and simplifying the booking process. The project aimed to redesign the website to improve usability, align the online experience with the brand’s premium positioning, and ultimately increase direct bookings.

The problem

Brand Perception: The visual identity and website structure did not communicate Aspasios’ premium and trustworthy positioning.

User Journey: Guests found it difficult to browse apartments, compare options, and book directly, leading to drop-offs and a reliance on third-party booking platforms.

Mobile Experience: The site was not fully optimized for mobile, which negatively impacted conversion rates among the majority of users.

Content Organization: Information about apartments, services, and locations was scattered, making it harder for potential guests to find what they needed quickly.
